Olio Nuovo is Italian for “new oil”. It is made from the first harvest of fresh green fruit, cold pressed and is not filtered or settled before bottling. This beautiful extra virgin olive oil is not only full of flavour, but has a true kick of peppery finish. This is due to the high polyphenols in the oil which are anti-oxidants and anti-inflammatories – pure goodness in a bottle. This vivacious oil is perfect on it’s own, as a finisher on your salads or steamed vegetables, but also a flavourful addition to a tasty salad dressing. This oil doesn’t have a long shelf life so not a lot of it has been made, so get in quick to enjoy this special release oil.
