Our classic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made from a combination of ripe and unripe fruit harvested from trees and cold pressed and settled before bottling. As with our 250ml bottle of oil, this tasty oil can be used from everything from dunking sourdough into, finishing off a meal, blending with other fresh ingredients for a salad dressing and for cooking with. So much goodness all in a handy cask that protects the oil by not allowing any light in and doesn’t allow any oxygen into the bag when dispensing which helps keep your oil fresher longer. Decant into a smaller bottle that is used regularly, or use straight from the cask. This is perfect for the home and travellers as there is no glass so it can be safely put into your caravan or suitcase.
