So many remember their Grandma or Nonna making homemade lemonade and how beautiful and fresh it tasted. Our lemon concentrate brings back those memories and is creating new ones. We have around 300 lemon trees on our property and I have been making this for my husband and son for some time now so we thought we would share it with everyone. The lemons are picked in the morning, brought back and juiced and blended with sugar and lemon zest, then heat sealed in bottles. You only need a small amount for a big taste. Add some to Soda Water or use the Sodastream. For those special ones like me, add a dash of Vodka or Gin after the Soda Water.
