Description
Our olives are harvested in April/May/June each year and this oil is from a blend of green and black fruit which is cold pressed. This blend of fruit and the method in which it is processed, gives a fruity/grassy type aroma, and a beautiful buttery taste which finishes with a peppery hit in the back of the throat. The peppery hit is the polyphenols in the oil; it’s the polyphenols that makes it a power food and so good for you.
Our extra virgin olive oil is ideal for platters, salad dressings, frying in and much more. Due to the health benefits of cold pressed extra virgin olive oil, many people have a tablespoon a day to keep their bodies healthy. (Check out the health benefits for more information).
